We’ve ditched quite a few titles due to multiple launch date postpones, little to no feedback from the studios, massive bugs, exploits etc.
Unrealistic expectations aside, one thing is certain: Gamers are very clear on what they like and what they don’t like, which simplifies the process of making adjustments to fit their needs.
As long as there’s a team ready to hear them out, and to pass the information along to your devs, that is.
